Terms

Draft, not yet in effect

These terms cover your use of Nominal Flow. If your organization has signed an agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where the two differ. Questions: hello@nominalflow.com.

The service

Nominal Flow records journeys on your website, checks them on a schedule or when you press Run, and alerts the people you choose when one breaks. We’re in an early pilot: features may change, and we don’t promise a particular uptime.

Your account and team

Keep your sign-in details safe and turn on two-step sign-in. The account owner decides who joins the team and what each person can do. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Sites you check

Your content

Your flows, saved values, results and recordings belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. We’ll treat them as confidential.

Fees

Fees are whatever we’ve agreed with you in writing. During the pilot, that may be nothing.

Ending

You can stop using Nominal Flow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

No guarantees

Nominal Flow helps you notice problems sooner, but checks can miss things, and alerts can be late or fail to arrive. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Software from others

While you record a flow on our hosted service, the recording browser is shown with the Amazon DCV web client, which is licensed to us by Amazon. By using Nominal Flow you also agree to the Amazon DCV end user license agreement for that software.

Changes

We’ll update these terms as the service grows and tell account owners by email before significant changes take effect.
